The New York City AIDS Memorial is a vital place to remember those who have died due to HIV / AIDS, and has more recently served as a community site to reflect on the specific and important role the city and the people who live here played in the pandemic. While first and foremost, it is a place to honor and remember, The New York City AIDS Memorial has become, in recent years, a place to gather, celebrate, and organize. Join NYC AIDS Memorial Executive Director Dave Harper, writer Theodore (ted) Kerr, and XE Faculty Salonee Bhaman, as they discuss the power, possibilities - and limits - of an AIDS memorial in an ongoing crisis.
